This course will help you learn both UX and UI from the ground up, giving you the knowledge and skills you need to land your dream design role. You will also develop a UX UI design mindset and build a portfolio to showcase your skills.

Prerequisites
No prior design experience is necessary to take this course. All you need is an appreciation for good visual design and the ability to empathise with your user.
Equipment required
To participate in the UX UI design course, you will need either a Mac or PC computer with an internet connection. You should also download Figma, a free and browser-based design tool. While the browser version is sufficient, it is recommended to download the desktop application for a more seamless experience.
Assessment format
Participants will present their capstone project in both a mid-term and final presentation, which can be done individually* or as a group*.

Certification requirement
Participants will receive a co-issued completion certificate granted by the Hong Kong Designers Association* if they meet the following requirements:
1) Attend at least 8 of the 10-course lessons;
2) Pass the final course assessment. Those who excel in the overall course assessment will receive an achievement certificate.
